Jiri Kaan
PhD candidate · Wageningen University
I'm a PhD candidate at Wageningen University, working where public health meets complexity science. I study how social networks contribute to resilience, health and well-being among adults in Amsterdam. Specifically, how people learn, adapt and act within their social network and their food environment.
My main tools are agent-based models. At the centre of my PhD is the Health in All Networks Simulator (HANS), which we use to test social network interventions for resilience, health and well-being.
